- Coinsurance: 80% In-Network
- No Copays / Deductible at SHC
- Prescriptions - 100%, max $100 injury/illness
- Pre-ex Condition - 6 month waiting period
- Mental Health & Substance Abuse
Silver Plan
- No Lifetime Limits On Benefits
- $500,000 per Injury or Sickness
- Coinsurance: 80% In-Network
- No Copays / Deductible at SHC
- Prescriptions - 70%, $1,000 max per year
- Pre-ex Condition - 6 month waiting period
- Mental Health & Substance Abuse
