- After enrolling in the PSI plan, login to the Penn portal using your PennKey & password then proceed to the online insurance selection system.

If you fail to complete the university's online waiver and are charged with the PSIP or receive a message stating that your coverage with PSI is being audited, you will also need to submit a Health Insurance Verification Form either to Aetna Student Health by fax at 410-822-1478 or to UPenn's SHS Insurance Office by fax at 215-746-0904.
