Yes, everyone is accepted in our Discount Dental Plans and there are no limits on use, no age limits, and no restrictions.

Choice+ is a Discount Dental Plan, which provides members access to discounts at participating providers. Our plans offer discounts on professional dental care at rates considerably less than you would pay with dental insurance. Take note, this is not a reimbursement plan. Customers only receive benefits at the time of payment at the Dentist Office.

Traditional Insurance Plan -

  • Savings realized sometimes after the time of payment.
  • Reimbursement possible

Call 1-3 listed providers. Say you are a member of the Careington 500 Series plan. It is more effective to call dentist offices with multiple dentists. Before receiving treatment, the dentist office MUST confirm that they are accepting the plan. There will be no reimbursements.

The earliest the plan can start is two days from the day of enrollment. This ensures that your coverage is properly registered so it is recognized by dentists nationwide. Do not call any dentists until your plan is active.

Yes, it's a three month minimum.

The ID card is available as a PDF in your PSI account after payment. We also email the ID card to you.

With a Specialist, the discounts are limited to 20%. Many General Dentists (GDs) however will do Root Canals? See "Find a Dentist" option: "GD Root Canals".

The most updated list of providers can be found on our 'Find a Dentist' page: www.psiservice.com/psidental. It is more effective to call dentist offices with multiple dentists. Individual dentist offices sometimes drop out of the network without notice. Before receiving any treatment at the dentist, first confirm they are participating in the Careington 500 Plan. There will be NO reimbursements, so be sure to receive the discounts at the time of payment.

The discount will depend on the "Normal Full Fee" charged by individual dentists, which may vary. Customers only receive benefits at the time of payment at the Dentist Office. This is not a reimbursement plan.
