I've heard about PSI while I was searching for OPT related short term insurance plans and I came across some information about it on several forums for international students. I looked at reviews and found out it is somehow reliable and affordable given the research I've done so far. The customer service is so far excellent. Customer Service has done a good job of providing explanations and instructions on application in a very professional and friendly manner. I have yet to experience the claims and waivers, hopefully I won't have to, to assess the insurance products provided by PSI. But given the experience I have so far, I would definitely recommend PSI to my acquaintances who might be in a similar situation.

My seniors at GWU recommended PSI, and I would definitely recommend them as well to other students.
