PSI has diverse options for International Students which are provided by the most trusted insurance companies in USA like Aetna. They have a very strong collaboration with Universities like UPenn which makes it seamlessly easy for students to apply and use the policy. The policies have been specially curated for students and cover most of the benefits which might be necessary for a college going individual. The Customer Service support by PSI is really responsive and have thoroughly helped me in the entire process. They gave me the desired result in the expected time frame. Also, the representatives are very kind and helping. I strongly recommend other International Students (specially if you are coming to Penn) to check out PSI's offerings.

PSI insurance makes an intimidating system more approachable for international students in the USA. I used PSI in my 2019-2020 academic term as it was a good alternative to my university's student health insurance plan. The claim process was straightforward. The team was also very responsive. Due to the pandemic, I planned my return to the USA to be in the middle of the semester. PSI representatives were very helpful in tailoring my insurance coverage dates and my premium amount to match my needs exactly. The team continued to be very responsive throughout: to every query I received a response by the next day (often within the next couple of hours). I would recommend PSI to other international students.

As a result of COVID-19, I am entering the US for school at an abnormal time, and so I needed custom coverage dates for insurance. You were clear in giving me instructions for how to enroll for customized dates, and were generally very fast in responding. I had my inquiry and request resolved quickly and promptly, so I am very happy with PSI's customer service. As for PSI's products, I have not yet used insurance from PSI so I cannot give any feedback, but I can attest that the plans are well tailored to the needs of international students and are at an affordable price.
