私下跟人聊起来的时候常常会说，这是我到现在遇到过最好的客服。有些夸张，但是也不会过分。首先客服要的专业性，是对工作中绝大部分问题的了解和来源以及知道怎么解决，其他人我不知道，至少Stacy绝对是满足了我对客服的“幻想”。当然她给出的教程一定也是其他同事共同努力的结果，事无巨细，打破了我对保险繁琐复杂的传统印象，不用担心不知道怎么waive，也不用担心买了保险之后不知道怎么使用，放心大胆提问就好了，你能收到你想要的答案。至于人情味，最打动我的点在于，当我在问到如何解决学校的activation code的问题的时候，她说了一句“你把后面的截图也发给我吧，我做一个教程好了”这并不是一个分内的事，而它可以让事情变得高效，也可以让人感受到她的态度和对大家的关心，她在回答问题的时候说，都是一点一点学来的，并且她也很认可现在工作和状态，我觉得是难得的。总之我很开心选择了PSI，能让我在外面真的省不少心，至少我个人觉得，我是很有保障的。（有毛病就能薅不少羊毛hh，当然还是希望大家身体健康啦！

The reason why I chose PSI gold plan was that it provided a good package with 0$ deductible, the benefits were really good as well as the insurance amount. The customer service that PSI offered was very efficient with quick responses to my emails and queries. I would highly recommend your plans to other international students, because it really helped me out in planning my finances accordingly because health insurance is something that is very important for international students and I really needed to purchase it as I would need it in the future. Thank you so much PSI for all the help and great services and product.

I have been very satisfied with the help and support from the PSI staff so far. They have been very cooperative, willing to understand the customer's pain whenever they deal with any issues/documents or paperwork. They give enough time period to get approvals from the other parties involved for example - my University. Overall, I highly recommend their services to any international student who want cheap, effective premium with supportive insurance staff!!!

十分感谢PSI在我的留学生时期给予的帮助。不仅比学校保险便宜一半多，省了一大笔费用，而且在处理报销事宜上也蛮方便的。使用PSI保险去校医院打疫苗/就诊，跟学校保险是同等待遇，也不用花额外的费用。出国前刚买PSI的时候，还是蛮担心的，但几年使用下来，真的一点都不费劲费心思，推荐!
