      After purchasing your insurance with PSI, please contact the university's Insurance Manager at 267-387-3266 or send an e-mail to shc-usip@wmich.edu for instructions on how to waive the university's student health insurance plan.

      Scholars' health insurance must meet government-mandated requirements. PSI Student Plan IV meets these requirements.
